Cancellation Policy

Private Tours

Bespoke Cambridge Guides specialises in Private Signature Tours.

A full refund of the tour fee paid will be given when the cancellation notification is received via email seventy-two (72) hours or more before the agreed time of the tour. If the notification of the cancellation via email occurs between 72 and 24 hours, a refund of fifty percent (50%) will be given. No refund will be given if notification of the cancellation is given via email less than twenty-four (24) hours of the agreed time of start of the tour.

College tickets or other events purchased by Bespoke Cambridge Tours on behalf of the client, will not be refunded, with or without cancellation of the tour.

Liability

Bespoke Cambridge Tours shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or injury to persons or property, however caused, sustained during the course of a tour. Clients acknowledge and accept that participation in any tour provided by Bespoke Cambridge Guides is undertaken entirely at their own risk.

Bespoke Cambridge Tours shall not be deemed in breach of these terms and conditions, nor otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance, arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions, or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including (but not limited to): acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or the closure of venues. Colleges are private institutions, and may impose restrictions to the entrance of visitors without previous notification.

Bespoke Cambridge Tours reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend tours without liability, although every reasonable effort will be made to offer suitable alternatives.
